Vintage Disney Villains

Today my family is headed off to the happiest place on earth, Disneyland! It is my son's very first time (he is 3 - the same age I was on my first trip to Disneyland) and I can hardly wait to show him the ropes. We will be doing a character breakfast, pin trading, and so much more. In honor of Walt Disney's legacy I decided to do another vintage flashback, but this time it's the villains' turn. Happy viewing!

Lucille La Verne as the Evil Queen/Witch from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, 1937.
Eleanor Audley as Lady Tremaine from Cinderella, 1950.Verna Felton as the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland, 1951.Hans Conried as Captain Hook/Mr. Darling from Peter Pan, 1953.Eleanor Audley as Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty, 1959.Betty Lou Gerson as Cruella De Vil from 101 Dalmatians, 1961.Who is your favorite vintage Disney villain?

ooooooh definitely Maleficent! She has it all. The graceful wickedness. The seductive mannerisms. Aged beauty. All things that suck you into her while every wit is screaming danger!

LOVE the Cupcake at the top! Not a big fan of the villains. Never have been even since childhood. I do LOVE that you posted their real pictures next to the character pictures. You can see some similarities! If I had to pick one that creeps me out the most, that would be the Queen from Snow White. CA-REEPY! They got it right the first time! haha! I am thinking of you right now in Disneyland. Laughing away on Dumbo's ride! Hope your visit is everything AWESOME and magical! -Suzanne

My favorite villain is Ursula! I don't know why but she is who came to mind when I thought about it.
