spring salad

I love to make this salad in the spring when strawberries are at their peak. This salad also tastes good if you add diced chicken or chopped pistachios. Bon Appetit!
You will need:
1 bunch red leaf lettuce
1 bag baby spinach (pluck off stems)
1 bunch romaine hearts
1-2 cups red seedless grapes; halved
1-2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped cashews (any nut will work)
1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
1 cup raspberry & walnut vinaigrette

Tie on your apron. Toss ingredients together in large salad bowl. Add dressing, nuts and cheese right before you serve. Makes 10-15 servings.
