next Harry Potter?

For those of you (like me) who are going to be crying into your butterbeer this summer because the era of Harry Potter is coming to a close, I have some interesting news. I'm not sure if it will alleviate your sorrows; simply that it may take away some of the sting of losing our favorite literary boy. I stumbled upon this article a few days ago, so I thought I'd share a snippet with all of you. Let me know what you think:

"The publisher who first signed up J.K. Rowling, believes he may have found another Harry Potter…but this time it is a boy archaeologist. 'I knew from page one that Harry Potter was magic. Reading 'Tunnels' gave me the same thrill,' said Cunningham. 'Tunnels has it all: a boy archaeologist, merciless villains, a lost world and an extraordinary journey to the center of the earth.'"

As a side note: Entertainment Weekly reports that plans for a Harry Potter theme park called, "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter", are shortly to be unveiled by Universal. Below is an artists rendering of the proposed park:

I have to re-read my Harry Potter books to prepare for the new one! I think the true test of the book about the boy archaeologist is if it will be read by all ages. I think that's the true magic of Harry Potter- the books are read and loved by all age groups, male and female!

I am really sad that Harry is coming to an end but also am glad to finally have Voldemort be destroyed and for Harry to have happiness finally (we hope). The theme park looks amazing and James said we are going there as soon as it opens if it does! Intrigued about the archeologist boy books, when are they due to be released?

I'm hoping at the theme park we get to dress up and walk around in wizarding robes and carry wands.

Do you know who wrote Tunnels? And the Harry Potter theme park looks like it would be a lot of fun. :D I've always wanted to stroll down Diagon Alley or spend the day at Hogwarts.
