Cupcake Chowder presents:
3rd annual best-dressed at the Oscars!
Our best-dressed winner belongs to the gorgeous Penelope Cruz. Penelope was on my best-dressed list last year, and never fails to disappoint. I love the rich burgundy color of her Donna Karan Cotoure, which really popped on the Oscar stage.
1st runner-up goes to one of my favorite actresses, Kate Winslet. Kate is usually on my best dressed lists as well. She always looks simple yet elegant, especially in this Yves St. Laurent number with matching silver clutch.
2nd runner-up is the fabulous Queen Latifah. She totally rocked this soft lilac Badgley Mischka gown with jewel encrusted straps. Seriously, when she walked out onto the Oscar stage my jaw dropped. Gorgeous!
Cameron Diaz is our Miss Congeniality winner. Cameron has disappointed me so many times on the red carpet, but this year I was thrilled to see her finally get it right. I love her total look - from her hair to her champagne beaded Oscar de la Renta.
Honorable mention goes to first-time Oscar winner Sandra Bullock. I have to admit, I am not a fan of the hair and red lipstick, but this Marchesa dress is absolute gorgeous! It was her night, and I have to give her props for her beautiful Oscar fashion.
